Mom Christina and Dad Matthew were visiting friends and family in Reno when Christina unexpectedly went into labor and had to delivery her baby via emergency cesarian. Dad Matthew arrived at Ronald McDonald House Northern Nevada after the arrival of baby boy Jamie and was joined a few days later by Christina! The family was later joined by their two older children, Carmen and Mira. During their 23 night stay at Ronald McDonald House Northern Nevada, Matthew and Christina were often seen chatting with other families in similar situations as them, often bonding over NICU schedules, feedings and baby milestones.
